Evening Star is one of a half dozen or so ventures from a [I'm guessing] local investment group. (See Also: Vermillion, Tullulah, Rustico & Buzz ) This restaurant has the most laid back/casual atmosphere of the group, and outstanding food. Favorite app is the brie plate. This is a small "brick" of brie, rolled in chopped nuts, then flash fried(I think) and drizzled w/ honey. Served with crackers and sliced apples.
